YAW Transportation Schedule
On-campus complimentary shuttle vans will be available Friday and Saturday. The vans will be stationed in front of Early-Fielding/University Center (Evans Hall) and will shuttle on a pre-defined route, on an as-needed basis, wait times may exist.
Friday, September 13, 2024
- Shuttle service to Lexington. (The 2024 request form is closed. We are unable to add additional shuttles at this time. Contact alumni@wlu.edu for support.)
- Shuttle service to/from campus (Hotels, Pole Houses, Greenhouse Road Houses, and the Cabins to Evans Hall, Evans Hall to Hotels)
- 11:30 am – 1:30 pm (as needed)
- 5:00 pm – 8:30 pm
- NOTE: Distinguished Young Alumni Awards start at 5:30 pm in Washington Hall
- 10:30 pm – 11:30 pm (as needed)
